Information you choose to share

Our forms collect your name, email, phone, selected service, message, and communication preferences. Insurance requests may include limited property or vehicle facts. Please do not send Social Security numbers, income, credit details, dates of birth, health information, financial account numbers, or documents through this site.

How we use it

We use requests to respond, route your inquiry, arrange follow-up, maintain client records, and record your communication choices. Basic contact information can be shared with the team members assigned to you. Insurance and mortgage request details are restricted to the appropriate service assignment and owner. Choosing one service does not require choosing another.

Services supporting this website

Railway hosts our application. Supabase stores our records and supports optional account authentication. When enabled, Twilio supports phone verification and messaging. Our staff and approved service providers process information needed to operate these features. A production email delivery provider must be added to this notice before email delivery is enabled.

Cookies, security, and click logging

Optional sign-in uses essential authentication cookies. We record request timestamps, page, consent text and version, and available network address to document requests and help prevent abuse. Email links using /r/ contain an opaque identifier. When a link is fetched, we log the identifier and time before redirecting to an approved destination; it may connect that event to the recipient record. Security scanners can fetch links, so an event does not necessarily mean a person clicked.

Remembering your tools and unfinished requests

This browser may remember your selected service and coverage type for up to seven days. A payment scenario is stored on this device only if you choose “Remember this scenario.” Use Start fresh or clear site storage to remove it. We do not infer your town from your IP address.

Unfinished insurance details stay in the open browser tab until you verify your email and explicitly save a draft. Requesting a sign-in link sends the email address and save/verification consent to our server and Supabase; it does not send the unfinished quote details. After verification, a saved draft is accessible only to the signed-in account through the resume flow and expires 24 hours after its first save. Editing does not extend this period. Expired drafts become inaccessible immediately; the configured cleanup worker removes expired application copies. Provider backups and authentication logs follow their separately configured retention policies.

Loading a draft does not send it to the team. A submitted request follows the client-record retention policy below; its unfinished draft is removed on successful submission. Marketing preferences are always reviewed again. This version sends resume links by email only.

Melissa

The current Melissa widget uses prepared responses. Text entered in its guided chat stays in your browser unless you separately submit a contact form. No external AI model receives this chat in v1. Do not enter sensitive information. Any future AI processing or expanded behavioral tracking will require updated disclosures and configuration before activation.

Your choices

Marketing call/text and email permissions are separate, optional choices. You can submit a request without opting into marketing. To update your preferences or request access, correction, or deletion, contact us. We may need to verify identity and retain information required for legitimate recordkeeping or legal obligations. If enrolled in text messaging, reply STOP to opt out.

Retention and safeguards

Access is restricted by role and service line. We retain information for responding to requests, client service, and applicable recordkeeping needs. Before launch, the owner will approve and document retention periods, deletion handling, and the final provider list. This site is intended for adults seeking professional services.
