Starting a conversation

This website provides general information and ways to contact our service teams. A form submission does not create a representation agreement, bind insurance coverage, approve financing, or confirm an appointment. Separate agreements and provider processes apply.

Real estate

Real estate services are presented through Green Arc Properties team at Keller Williams Greenville Central, subject to confirmation of the licensed brokerage name. Stock photographs and placeholders are labeled. Live IDX listings are not connected in this version. Property-specific information, availability, and association requirements must be verified.

Insurance and mortgage

Quote requests are reviewed by an appropriately licensed professional. Coverage depends on applicable policy terms and insurer approval. Mortgage services are provided through PRMG, with Jordan Surrett, Mortgage Loan Originator, NMLS #2601758. South Carolina only. Not a commitment to lend. Not all applicants qualify.

Your choice of providers

You may select your own real estate, insurance, and mortgage providers. Using one service does not require using another. Any required relationship or affiliated-business disclosures will be provided through the appropriate transaction process.

Responsible use

Do not submit false requests, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, or send sensitive documents through general forms. Melissa’s prepared responses provide navigation and general information; professional questions are referred to the team.
